Student Council- Time For New Leadership
And now to introduce you to the 2002-2003 Student Council Officers. The votes and been tabulated and the results are in. The officers for the 2002-2003 Student Council are:
President- LaTrecia Tunstell
Vice-President- Theodore Norman III
Secretary- BaNika Carter
Treasurer- Joy Wilbanks
Parliamentarian- Paul Lee

President and Vice-President
This year's president is LaTrercia Tunstell. LaTrercia is a senior at Normandy and president of the Thespians Society. She will be working hand and hand to ensure that the student body will be well repersented on all levels.
Theodore Norman III is the Vice-President of student council. Theodore is a Thespian and is also a member of the senior class. He will be working with the council concerning service opportunities and fund-raising.

Secretary and Treasurer
The Student Council's Secretary this year is BaNika Carter. She is a member of the senior class and also an active participant in the school's Math and Science Bridge Club. She is responsible for all correspondences.
Joy Wilbanks is this year's Student Council's Treasurer. A member of the senior class, Joy is an active participant of the website crew and the class activity club. Joy's chief responcibility is the Student Council's Store, the Viking Store.
